Refund Policy

At The Fit Coaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your program. Here are the terms that apply to refunds for our coaching subscriptions.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your program within 7 days of purchase and have not yet received your personalized plan, you may request a full refund.
1. Refund Conditions
- The request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date
- No personalized training or nutrition plan has been delivered yet
- The service has not been substantially used
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not granted in the following cases:
- The personalized program has already been sent and/or used
- The request is made after the 7-day window
- Change of mind after several weeks of using the program
- Failure by the client to follow the program
3. 3, 6 and 12-Month Subscriptions
For multi-month plans (3, 6 or 12 months), only the first month is eligible for a refund under the conditions above. Remaining months are non-refundable once the initial program has been delivered.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time by contacting us via email at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no partial refund is issued for the period already paid.
5. How to Request a Refund
To make a request, send us an email with your full name, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will process your request within 5 to 7 business days.
